Payment Authentication
For payment, we follow the industry standard of authentication - your Bank’s User ID/PIN and 2-Factor Authentication (2FA) token/SMS OTP for eNETS transaction.
Passcode Protection
The billing information and payment records that you choose to store in your local mobile/tablet device is kept secured by the passcode you have set-up. Passcode length is from 6 to 12 numbers. Your information and records are encrypted by 128-bit Advanced Encryption Standard (AES).
The Passcode is only known to you. If the Passcode is forgotten, the billing and payment information stored in your mobile/tablet device is not recoverable.

As a user, you also play an important role for full security of your payment transactions. Check out the following tips for protecting yourself whenever you make mobile transaction.
Mobile Transaction
Take extra care in guarding your mobile/tablet device. It’s more prone to getting misplaced than your computer.
If the function is available, turn on the password function in your mobile/tablet device and make sure that you use a strong one. This function protects your mobile/tablet device so that no one can use it.
Most mobile/tablet devices or smart phones have an “Erase Data” function. If your mobile/tablet device has this, always turn it on. This function erases all your data after several invalid password attempts, so your data will not be compromised if your mobile/tablet device is lost.
